Cancellation Conditions
For cancellations the general terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry apply.
– Free up to 2 month before the day of arrival
– 2 month to 1 month before arrival 40% of the total stay price
– 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70% of the total price of the stay
– 1 week prior to arrival: 90% of the total booking amount
Child Discounts
Children are charged as follows: up to 3 years free, up to 7 years 75%, up to 15 years 50%, from 16 years 25%

In order to make your reservation binding, we kindly ask you to transfer a deposit of Euro 200.00 per person to us within 2 weeks of receiving the reservation confirmation

Inclusive Services
- Rich buffet breakfast daily from 7:30 am to 10:00 am

- As our guests, upon presentation of the guest card at the cash desk of Freizeit Arena, you will receive admission bands for € 4.00 deposit. With these, you can use the adventure indoor pool and sauna area once a day for free. Opening hours: daily from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm
- Bath towels for Freizeit Arena can be found in our gray beach bags in the room

Local Tax
The local tax of € 3.50 in summer (May – October) or € 4.00 in winter (November – April) will be invoiced separately. Children and adolescents under 15 years do not pay the local tax.

Payment
The remaining amount will be settled on-site in cash, with a debit card, or credit card (MasterCard and Visa).
Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in Hotel Birkenhof and our guesthouse.
Rates
Room rates are in € per person and day, including buffet breakfast, daily free entry to Freizeit Arena Sölden, and excluding local tax. The single room surcharge is 50%.

Things may not always go as planned. However, we want you to feel secure.
