Cancellation Conditions
For cancellations the general terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry apply.
- up to 60 days prior to arrival, no charge
- between 59 and 30 days prior to arrival, 40% of the total booking amount will be charged
- between 29 and 7 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking amount will be charged
- 6 days and less prior to arrival: 90% of the total booking amount will e charged
Child Discounts
Children are charged as follows:
- up to 3 years free
- 4 up to 10 years 73%
- 11 up to 15 years 58%
- from 16 years adult price
Deposit
To secure your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 60% of the booked arrangements upon receipt of our confirmation. The following payment methods are available to you:
- Direct payment via the link in your confirmation with Visa, Mastercard or EC debit card EC
- on request via bank transfer
Inclusive Services
- Rich buffet breakfast daily from 7:30 am to 10:00 am
- Free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel
- In-house wellness area (free use of the hotel sauna daily from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm)
- As our guests, upon presentation of the guest card at the cash desk of Freizeit Arena, you will receive admission bands for € 4.00 deposit. With these, you can use the adventure indoor pool and sauna area once a day for free. Opening hours: daily from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm
- Bath towels for Freizeit Arena can be found in our gray beach bags in the room
- Free parking directly at the hotel
- Ski room with ski boot dryer
- Bike room equipped with included sockets for charging your E-bike
- Also included year-round is the guest card, which offers you many advantages, e.g., free public transportation, discounts, and events
Local Tax
The local tax of € 4.00 in summer (May – October) or € 5.00 in winter (November – April) will be invoiced separately. Children and adolescents under 15 years do not pay the local tax.

Payment
The remaining amount will be settled on-site in cash, with a debit card, or credit card (MasterCard and Visa).
The deposit will be refunded if you cancel within the free cancellation period.
Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in Hotel Birkenhof and our guesthouse.
Rates
Room rates are in € per person and day, including buffet breakfast, daily free entry to Freizeit Arena Sölden, and excluding local tax. The single room surcharge is 60%.

Things may not always go as planned. However, we want you to feel secure.
